Commercial Architectural Hardscape

Whether your needs are 500 square feet of exposed aggregate flatwork on grade, or 50,000 square feet of colored topping slab on podium deck, MPI Contracting has the skilled artisans that can successfully see your job to completion.

 

Structural Concrete

Grade beams, keyway footings, cast in-place retaining walls, or structural ramps are all areas of expertise for our crews.  Since the beginning, structural concrete has been one of our key focuses.

 

Design Build Water Features

MPI Contracting can provide turn key design-build water feature services for any project. We will take your architectural conceptual drawing, and create full working drawings for construction, and see the construction through to perfect completion.

 

Podium Deck Site Work

MPI Contracting employees are fully trained in working on waterproofed podium decks, and understand the extra care required to assure a water-tight product. We are experienced in cast in-place planter walls, water features, swimming pools in vaults, architectural topping slabs, and tile inlay. We are a turn-key solution to any of your podium deck architectural needs.

Restoration

Though concrete is considered a durable material, even it can succumb to wear and tear over time. If your concrete is broken up, cracked, or discolored, you need a skilled concrete contractor to help restore it to its original state. That’s where MPI Contracting comes in. SAFETY

With over 35 years in the industry, MPI Contracting is grateful to report that they have never experienced a major injury to an employee or any other person. Project superintendants are first aid trained, and all employees are OSHA 10 certified. We understand that our employees are our greatest asset, and keeping them and others safe on the jobsite is paramount to our existence.

Safety inspections, hazard assessments & tailgate safety meetings are a key component of the weekly work regimen. MPI Contracting makes sure that each employee has had the best training for each specific task they are responsible for, and that correct PPE is utilized on all jobs. Records have proven that construction companies with employees who really understand what they are doing, can do far more work in less time with fewer injuries. Each employee has a deep rooted understanding of the company’s safety policies, business philosophies, culture, and takes pride in their work.
